Mission Statement
Our mission is to help you reach your goal of being a confident and highly qualified Emergency Medical Technician. The way that we accomplish this is by working with you - helping you acquire all of the various skills and high quality initial training. Once you become an EMT, we support your career with refresher training and continuing education programs for all levels of EMS providers. Giving you the tools and knowledge to have a solid foundation in the EMS field.
Do not be fooled by smoke and mirrors with lower prices, you get what you pay for. Compare Apples to Apples. EMS Academy offers student's the opportunity to do 1 shift in an ED, 1 shift riding along as an observer on an Ambulance, and our highlight field extrication day along with our interactive student website helping you excel in our EMT Course. Other programs do not offer these opportunities. Other companies appear to be cheaper on the tuition, but what they do not tell you is that some will have you pay for your State Practical Exam up to $150 at the end of your course making the student pay an additional $300 at the end of the course, $150 for your State Practical Exam and $150 for the State Application fee. EMS Academy believes that is unfair and includes your State Practical Exam fee in our tuition.
